Who We’re Looking For We are looking for experienced therapists who will provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our California patients.

This pay-per-encounter W2 position offers flexibility in scheduling while ensuring job stability. This role will require cross-licensing into the state of California, without offering patient care until you are licensed and credentialed in California. Our team covers associated costs with achieving California licensure. Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth counseling sessions using our technology platform. Create comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning.

Ensure documentation complies with clinical and state regulations. Develop meaningful connections with clients. Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs. Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist. Qualifications and skills Unrestricted license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or LPC), in good standing Willing to become licensed in California 2+ years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but preferred Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus What We Offer Flexible scheduling —choose your availability, and we’ll provide the clients!
