About the Role We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, develop a deep understanding of their businesses and workflows, and translate their operational needs into production-grade AI solutions. This is a remote, United States-based role that combines software engineering, AI development, solution design, and customer engagement. You will work within customer environments as part of a small deployment team, owning the full technical lifecycle from defining the problem and building data pipelines to designing evaluations, deploying AI agents, and iterating against measurable goals.

Travel to customer locations will be required as needed. Responsibilities Work directly with enterprise customer teams to understand their businesses, operating environments, and workflows. Translate real operational needs into clearly defined, AI-driven solutions. Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and improvement of production-grade AI agents tailored to customer-specific problems. Build the data pipelines, integrations, and supporting systems required to deploy AI solutions within customer environments.
