About this role
ABOUT ABRIDGE Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients. Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations.
Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems. We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense.
We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. THE ROLE We’re hiring a PM to join our growing Life Sciences team as its second PM. You’ll own a product area end to end, working alongside our existing Life Sciences PM to shape and build products that create value for life sciences partners and health systems. This is an early-stage opportunity with significant room to shape what we build.
You’ll turn customer needs into a focused roadmap, lead discovery, and partner with engineering, ML, design, and clinical teams to bring new products to market. You’ll also work closely with business development and sales to connect product decisions to commercial outcomes. The right person has built products for or within life sciences, brings strong product judgment, and can move from an ambiguous opportunity to a product customers use and pay for.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a Life Sciences product area end to end. Define the customer problem, product direction, roadmap, and success measures for your area, in alignment with the broader Life Sciences strategy. - Shape the strategy. Prioritize opportunities, coordinate shared dependencies, and make tradeoffs across the portfolio. - Lead discovery with life sciences partners. Understand their workflows, data needs, buying processes, and willingness to pay.
