ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on commercial role at an early-stage energy software company, sitting within a small and ambitious commercial team. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from first onboarding through to long-term satisfaction, and play a direct part in growing the business in the European industrial energy market. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and manage relationships with new customers, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Develop a deep understanding of the product, the energy market landscape, and evolving customer needs. - Own and continuously improve the customer lifecycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and high ongoing satisfaction. - Work closely with the broader commercial team to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term customer value. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or customer-facing role.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with a genuine ability to build trust with customers. - Ability to develop product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action. - Native-level German and fluent English, both are required for this role. - First-hand experience with or a strong interest in energy markets, regulatory developments, and their complexities. - Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. - Visa sponsorship: available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
