About the Role: As a Member Experience Associate, you are the welcoming heart and soul of our Amsterdam location. Your daily mission is to craft exceptional experiences for every member and guest who walks through our doors. No two days are identical, but here is a glimpse of what your day could look like: Your workplace is our reception - making you the first person our members see.

You prepare for the workday by preparing coffee and breakfast and keeping the common areas well-stocked at all times. You support building magnificent events and take the extra time to design unique signage because you know the magic is in the details. You add new members into multiple systems so their first day in their office is seamless and memorable. You assist a member with IT or wifi issues should they ever come up - no job is too big or too small for you to tackle.

You dip your toe in local marketing events - ensuring any prospective member knows the true value of our flexible solutions. You take a walk in-tour while your Member Experience Manager is assisting another potential member. Industrious helps companies of all sizes find their office home so that they can do their best work. Our team is rewriting the book on productivity by creating a new workplace experience. Right now it’s more important than ever that our Member Experience Associates are passionate about building relationships and community.

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stretch, and walk for extended periods. Operating various devices and machines, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and other kitchen utensils. Assisting with food preparation and cleaning work, strictly adhering to all applicable health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment. Ensuring a hygienically perfect working environment at all times and consistently implementing all safety and hygiene protocols.

Fluency in Dutch 2+ years experience in hospitality background This role is a full-time role with 40 hours/week performed on-site five days a week. Candidates should live in or within easy reach of the city specified for this role.
