Role Purpose Our MWs play a fundamental role in our business by contributing to day-to-day project delivery within an account to create outstanding medical content across a variety of therapy areas. This position is ideal for a proactive communicator with a passion for science, a keen interest in AI, and a keen eye for detail who is looking to develop their medical writing career further. Key Responsibilities Scientific knowledge: Has a good understanding of assigned therapeutic areas Effectively analyses and interprets scientific data to work on a wide range of assigned projects Strategic knowledge: Understands the medical affairs and commercial spaces within which clients work Reviews literature and competitive information to continually expand understanding of brand/marketplace and emerging competitors and shares findings and implications with teams Participates in meetings and strategic discussions with clients, authors, and advisors AI Confidently and efficiently uses AI tools to support assigned tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in their work Seeks out new opportunities to apply AI tools in to improve personal workflow and task management Project ownership: Takes some responsibility for day-to-day delivery of scientific content under supervision of MW2 or SMW and higher Ensures communication objectives are met on assigned projects Editorial: Adapts writing style to suit different audiences (e.g.
