About this role

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company has been successfully operating on the market for more than 11 years, bringing together a team of 390+ professionals. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale. We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Media Buyer to join the media buying team and work with scalable traffic across different GEOs and tiers.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution: Launch, manage, and scale Facebook advertising campaigns across Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs. Full ownership of traffic performance and financial results, including PnL responsibility. Analyze and optimize key performance metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, PnL. Scale profitable campaigns without artificial budget caps. Work closely with offers, creatives, agencies, and internal teams to improve campaign efficiency.

Test and adapt strategies based on changes in GEOs, offers, platforms, and market conditions. Identify bottlenecks in funnels and processes, propose and implement optimization solutions. Maintain clear communication, task-setting, and feedback loops within the team. 📚 Your qualifications: 2+ years of experience in media buying / traffic arbitrage. Deep understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem and traffic acquisition mechanics.

Proven experience managing monthly budgets from $50,000. Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and profitability models. Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro (or similar). Experience working with offers, creatives, and external partners (agencies, vendors). High level of responsibility for results and readiness to work with CRM and PnL models.

Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Critical thinking, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
