About this role
Five (5) years of specialized experience demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Marine Corps organizational structure, mission, and operational environment; extensive knowledge of Marine and Family Programs, behavioral health programs, prevention, resilience, Total Fitness, and related policies and initiatives; and knowledge of Department of War, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps policies and requirements applicable to strategic planning, program integration, and enterprise-level oversight.
Demonstrated experience in strategic program management, planning, programming, budgeting, and resource management; developing, implementing, and assessing complex programs and initiatives; identifying emerging requirements, risks, and trends; and developing solutions to organizational challenges. Ability to interpret and integrate congressional direction, Executive Orders, Department of War and Department of the Navy guidance, and Marine Corps policy into program planning and execution while balancing mission requirements and resource constraints.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across organizations and functional areas, establish priorities, develop program requirements, and communicate effectively with senior military and civilian leaders.
