LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY INDIA HYBRID: NOIDA, BANGALORE, HYDERABAD, GURGAON This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru. Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced .NET MAUI Mobile Developer(earlier Xamarin) with 5+ years of overall software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Android application development.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building, enhancing, and maintaining mobile applications and be comfortable working with .NET MAUI, C#, Android SDK,iOS, and modern mobile development practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI. - Leverage extensive Android & iOS application development experience to build high-quality, scalable mobile solutions.

- Develop reusable UI components and implement responsive mobile interfaces. - Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, authentication services, push notifications, and device capabilities. - Work with Android & iOS SDK, application lifecycle, permissions, navigation, background services, and device-specific functionality. - Migrate or modernize existing Android applications to .NET MAUI where required. - Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, compatibility, and production issues.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and participate in CI/CD processes. - Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers in an Agile environment. - Ensure applications meet quality, security, performance, and usability standards. - Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of the mobile development process. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS - 5+ years of overall software development experience, with significant experience in mobile application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI. - Extensive Android & iOS application development experience. - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET. - Good knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, application lifecycle, and Android architecture. - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP, and API integration. - Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX, responsive layouts, navigation, and device compatibility. - Experience with Git and source-control practices.

- Experience with debugging, profiling, performance optimization, and production issue resolution. - Good understanding of mobile application security and secure API integration. GOOD TO HAVE - Knowledge of MVVM, dependency injection, SOLID principles, and clean architecture. - Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, or similar mobile services. - Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.

- Experience publishing and managing applications through Google Play Store. - Exposure to iOS development and Apple ecosystem is a plus. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. KEY COMPETENCIES - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of mobile development deliverables. - Strong focus on code quality, performance, and user experience. - Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to understand existing Android applications and translate them into modern .NET MAUI-based solutions.
