The Role… At Soho House, as a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized massage treatments that support the overall wellbeing of our members and guests. You will contribute to a serene, restorative environment within the club’s wellness facilities, ensuring the highest levels of care, professionalism, and discretion. You will work closely with the wider spa and wellness team to uphold service excellence, promote holistic health, and create a positive, tranquil experience for all.

Conduct detailed consultations prior to treatment to understand medical history, preferences, and desired outcomes. Create a calming and professional treatment environment, ensuring consistent comfort, cleanliness, and discretion.

Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend relevant wellness or skincare products. Maintain accurate treatment records in accordance with club standards and health regulations. Manage schedules professionally and ensure treatments start and finish on time. Uphold the highest hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms, equipment, and product usage. Work collaboratively with other spa team members to maintain a positive and seamless guest experience.
