We’re hiring a Marketing Technology Lead to build and maintain the connections behind our Growth Marketing team’s work: reliable conversion signals, audiences that stay current, and tools that make new ideas easier to try. As we build banking* and financial software for ambitious companies, you’ll help our marketers spend more time putting those ideas into practice. You’ll report to our Head of Growth Marketing in a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, SEO, Data, and Engineering.
You’ll own marketing integrations and platform infrastructure, including implementation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Our Data team owns the shared customer-data foundation, attribution methodology, and analytical models. Growth Engineering builds and maintains our GTM orchestration layer. You’ll partner with those teams to make their systems work effectively in marketing, using Mercury’s shared development tools and standards.

Here are some of the things that you’ll do: Own the marketing technology roadmap with Growth Marketing leaders, prioritizing work that improves data reliability, customer experience, and the team’s ability to launch and learn. Build and maintain marketing data pipelines using Segment and Polytomic.
Make approved Snowflake attributes, audiences, and conversion signals usable in marketing platforms, and return marketing activity to our shared data systems. Own GA4 administration and ongoing improvements, including event configuration, custom dimensions, platform connections, and reporting setup. Keep the platform reliable and useful for Marketing. Build and maintain marketing tracking and advertising conversion integrations, including campaign tagging, cross-domain measurement, and browser- and server-side tracking.
