You’ll play a critical role in our Product Management & Marketing department by promoting customer solutions for our Spine & Craniomaxillofacial solutions. Your main responsibility is to drive and ensure long-term success for the portfolio. Product Management & Marketing serves as the voice of the customer to internal Brainlab audiences and the voice of Brainlab to the customer.
We are responsible for evolving our customer experience and for driving product commercialization by specifying, launching and maturing products. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for transforming product innovation into compelling customer value propositions and successful market adoption. The role ensures that individual products are positioned within a broader clinical workflow, enabling Brainlab to communicate outcomes and customer benefits rather than isolated features.
By partnering closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Sales, Regional- and Corporate Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager drives portfolio-level storytelling, launch excellence, and customer-centric commercialization strategies. Key responsibilities: Translate the portfolio and product strategy into a comprehensive clinical workflow marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling value proposition across the entire global customer journey.
Drive indication-based and persona-specific storytelling by transforming technical features into clear clinical, operational, and economic benefits for surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare systems. Partner closely with Product Management to shape go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and commercialization activities for new products and solutions, ensuring successful market adoption. Challenge and guide Product Managers to position products within the broader clinical workflow and portfolio strategy, moving beyond isolated feature-focused messaging.
Develop and maintain portfolio positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive differentiation, customer personas, and value propositions supported by market insights and clinical evidence. Create global marketing roadmaps and orchestrate integrated product launch campaigns in collaboration with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Marketing. Develop product briefings including target segments, market analyses, positioning, clinical value propositions, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
