ABOUT THE ROLE This role spans two marketing opportunities at a seed-stage B2B AI software company: Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Manager. You will help translate a technical AI voice product into clear, compelling positioning and build marketing programs that support growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make a technical product memorable and conversion-focused. - Lead go-to-market launches for products, features, customer segments, and international markets.

- As Marketing Lead, own strategy, budget, KPIs, and pipeline impact, while building growth programs across organic and paid channels. - Apply AI and automation tools to marketing execution, test new channels, and use data to guide decisions. - Build and lead a marketing team while staying hands-on with execution. - As Product Marketing Manager, own website messaging, sales enablement, decks, case studies, testimonials, and competitive research.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - For the Marketing Lead role, 4+ years of growth or marketing experience with functional ownership and meaningful budget responsibility; for Product Marketing, 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience. - Experience in startups and scale-ups, with a strong academic background and early experience in consulting or comparable internships. - A track record of hands-on marketing leadership, using experiments, KPIs, and pipeline impact to guide decisions.

- Experience launching into new segments or international markets, and building repeatable growth programs across organic and paid channels. - Fluency with AI and automation tools, and the ability to explain complex technical products in clear, polished language. - Native or fluent German and professional fluency in English. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €75,000 to €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
