Marketing Internship / Stage (Direct To Consumer)
About this role
As a DTC Intern at Jacobs Douwe Egberts Peet's you will join a team of passionate digital savvy marketers working in a matrix organization (local, global, agencies ...) on one of our most iconic brand: L'OR. You'll work on exciting innovations and communication plans and other big projects throughout your internships. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute impactful campaigns and broaden your knowledge in e-commerce, CRM, media and commercial strategies.
1. Media & Digital Campaigns Manage brand campaigns from briefing to launch, including content creation and publishing on social media. Develop communication assets for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. Monitor and implement promotional plans, analyzing their effectiveness. 2. Website & Content Management Monitor pages and follow up on features implementations Contribute to website improvement through regular analyses 3.
Communication Develop and / or implement content on-site Be responsible for CRM alignments between brand, local and global Provide support in analyses, recommendations, and translations for webshop campaigns. Collaborate with the different agencies (communication & media) to deliver against plan. 4. Product Innovations & Commercial offer Support the launch of new coffee products and machines. Oversee daily monitoring and optimization of the Belgian L'OR online boutique.
Track stocks & launches on-time of the commercial offers (new products, new promotions, new bundles etc …) 5. Analytics Provide bi-weekly reports of the website performance (google analytics etc …) Provide a monthly analysis of the website performance Promotions & Media performances Ad Hoc analysis You are currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field Internship is mandatory for your studies Passionate about marketing & e-commerce Strong communication skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and apply these skills quickly.
You take ownership of projects and meet deadlines. You demonstrate a high level of autonomy and can work in a diverse team collaborating cross-functionally. Interest in the world of coffee or tea is a plus.
