The Opportunity The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the execution, performance, and day-to-day management of Starling’s key brand partnerships, including Arsenal Football Club, talent ambassadors, and Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM). Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, this role acts as the operational support for key partner accounts, centralises reporting and competitor insight across all partnerships, and provides agile support across broader brand planning, events, and SME initiatives.
Requirements What You'll Do: Account management and execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for TFGM, driving daily actions, campaigns, and contractual rights execution. Act as ongoing operational and event support for Arsenal (including community projects, ticketing, hospitality, and merchandise). Performance reporting and insights: Own partnership performance tracking across all partners. Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders to build a central destination for research and reports.
Competitor intelligence: Lead the monthly tracking, analysis, and distribution of competitor partnership activities across Marketing channels to inspire innovative and unique Starling campaigns. Cross-functional support: Act as an agile contributor to the broader Marketing team, assisting with Brand Integration, SME projects, and internal taskforces. Inbox and operations management: Oversee the central Brand/Marketing inbox on a weekly basis, triaging external inquiries effectively.
