Marketing plays a central role in how Duelbits builds its brand, reaches new audiences, strengthens its communities, and turns attention into sustainable growth. What we're looking for Duelbits is looking to engage a Marketing Director to define and lead marketing strategy across brand, partnerships, creators, paid and organic acquisition, content, community, and distribution. This is a full-remit marketing leadership opportunity, combining long-term strategic thinking with strong commercial execution.

You'll help determine where Duelbits shows up, how we win attention, and how that attention translates into measurable growth. You'll bring the full acquisition ecosystem together as one connected system brand, partnerships, creators, paid media, affiliates, owned content, community, and marketing technology with distribution at the centre: build once, distribute everywhere. Duelbits ' audience lives and breathes crypto and Web3 culture.

We're looking for someone with genuine fluency in that world, who understands the audience from within rather than looking at it from the outside. What you'll be doing Brand & Strategic Positioning Define Duelbits ' brand and marketing strategy, translating CEO direction into clear priorities, plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes. Set the long-term marketing vision, identifying where the category, culture, and audience are heading and positioning Duelbits ahead of them.

Track market, competitor, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and shifts in player behaviour. Strengthen Duelbits ' presence across owned, earned, creator, community, and other relevant distribution channels. Partnerships, Creators & Community Lead the ambassador programme and strategic sponsorships, ensuring partnerships deliver meaningful reach, relevance, and commercial return. Develop and oversee the creator, streamer, influencer, and KOL network across flagship, rising, and micro tiers.
