Detail-oriented and driven, the fully remote Marketing Associate will manage the planning, drafting, and publishing of marketing content, utilizing AI tools for initial drafts and ensuring high-quality standards through editing and formatting on WordPress. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Project Manager to produce various marketing copy, including blog posts and website content Edit and refine AI-generated articles to align with quality standards and brand voice Publish and format content on WordPress, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices and maintaining editorial consistency Required qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or copywriting Proficiency in using AI writing tools and strong editing skills to enhance drafts Hands-on experience with WordPress and basic CSS/HTML for content formatting Exceptional attention to detail in proofreading and maintaining content quality Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
