Your Role at impact.com: Impact.com powers the partnership economy, helping brands and partners grow revenue through a modern SaaS platform used by thousands of companies globally. We're investing heavily in our growth, and this role sits at the centre of how data powers our go-to-market strategy and sales enablement. We're looking for an Analytics Manager to scale our marketing function. This is a senior individual contributor role - we need someone who’s comfortable owning a domain of the marketing analytics portfolio with light oversight.
As Marketing Analytics Manager, you'll own the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of the core reporting used by our GTM teams to shape and prioritize multimillion dollar investment decisions. You'll work on a modern cloud stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) with strong support from Marketing and Sales teams - who will be your chief internal customers, and Analytics Engineering, who own the data platform and semantic layer you work with and on.
What You'll Do: Own the process for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that marketing and sales leaders use to track campaign performance and business trends — and improve them over time so they drive decisions rather than descriptions. Translate vague business questions ("why is pipeline soft in EMEA?") into workable analyses, sell a solution, and manage the delivery process efficiently. Partner with internal customers and engineers to move recurring manual reporting into useful tools that drive decisions which save time and money.
