Market Manager Flights
About this role
About the company At Nuitée , we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.” By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly.
Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology. With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber. Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from , Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs.
Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era. About the role Remote — Europe Nuitée 's flight product is already built — broad airline coverage across GDS, low-cost carriers and NDC content, with a growing roster of live customers. What it needs now is someone to take it to market. As Market Manager for B2B Flights, you'll be the resident expert on our flight offering: building the go-to-market strategy, positioning us against the competition, and getting in the room for the deals that matter.
You'll work hand in hand with the sales team as a strategic co-seller — running pitches and demos, building the collateral that wins deals, and translating market and pricing data into a commercial strategy that protects margin while winning enterprise logos. What makes it interesting for you: You're scaling something real, not building from zero — the product, integrations and customer base already exist; your job is go-to-market and growth You sit close enough to the roadmap to influence what gets built next, and short planning cycles mean you see your input turn into shipped features fast You work directly with customers as a strategic co-seller, not from behind a deck; pitches, demos and negotiations are part of the job You're joining a small, close-knit flight team at a company that's grown 10x since 2022, stayed profitable throughout, and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel The kind of problems you'll work on: How do we take a new flight capability (like NDC content) to market, and who needs to hear about it first? What's the value proposition that actually lands with a specific B2B buyer persona? Where are the gaps in the competitive landscape, and how do we position against them? What commercial model attracts enterprise clients without giving away our margin? Where in the sales cycle are deals stalling, and what fixes it? This role fits someone who: Has at least 5+ years in product marketing, market management, technical sales or commercial strategy within travel tech, aviation or B2B travel Understands the travel distribution ecosystem and has a track record taking new products to market and winning new logos Has worked directly alongside enterprise sales teams, co-selling complex technical solutions Can turn market data, pricing structures and technical specs into a simple, actionable sales narrative Commands a room of executive buyers and translates technical detail into business value, in both writing and in person Is comfortable with ambiguity — this role spans commercial, product and technical, and doesn't fit a standard box Bonus if you've worked on launching API-based products to B2B audiences, or have hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
