Remote
Manager, Revenue Enablement
About this role
About Engine Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents. That work has earned Engine recognition as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), a spot on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar. Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us. Your Mission: As Manager, Revenue Enablement, you'll lead Engine's team of pod-level Revenue Enablement Managers (REMs), the people who keep our revenue teams sharp long after onboarding ends.
Each REM is embedded with a pod across Engine's six business lines. You'll set the standard for how they partner with sales and account leaders, coach them to operate as strategic advisors rather than training request-takers, and make sure ongoing enablement and everboarding drive real performance. You'll also be hands-on: when a business line needs extra bandwidth, you'll step in to diagnose the gap, build the program, and deliver it yourself.
You'll report to the Director of Revenue Enablement and lead a team. New-hire onboarding is owned by a partner team, so your focus is everything that comes after it. Here's what you'll take charge of: Lead & Develop the REM Team People Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Enablement Managers, running regular 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews that grow REMs into trusted advisors to their business lines.
Operating Model: Define how REMs engage with their pods, including which leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and planning sessions they join, how they take in and prioritize requests, and what "great" looks like for an embedded enablement partner. Consistency at Scale: Build shared standards, templates, and playbooks so ongoing enablement feels consistent across business lines while still fitting each pod's motion.
