The Role: Strategic Operations Manager, Operational Excellence The Provider Operations team is responsible for enabling high-quality, efficient provider engagement and driving performance across the Provider Growth team. This role sits within our Operational Excellence function and is responsible for defining, owning, and scaling the systems, workflows, and operating model that power Provider Operations. This is a highly strategic and analytical role focused on end-to-end process design, cross-functional alignment, and long-term scalability.

You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to define “what good looks like” and ensure Provider Operations can operate efficiently at scale. You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time leading and executing critical initiatives, and 50% helping to define strategy, frameworks, and performance standards to drive measurable improvements across the organization leveraging data. Responsibilities Operating Model + Workflows: Support the end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows.

Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization. Strategic Planning & Initiative Leadership: Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable implementation. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner cross-functional to translate operational needs into scalable system and tooling improvements. Act as the bridge between frontline workflows and technical solutions.
