Job Summary: Impiricus is looking for a Manager, Network Planning & Operations to own the supply side of our HCP network. As our client base grows and campaign volume scales, we're building a dedicated network planning function to ensure HCP capacity keeps pace with demand.
You'll sit within Operations, at the intersection of Analytics and Commercial Ops, partnering closely with Sales and Data & Analytics to keep capacity planning accurate and proactive. Responsibilities: Sale Support Contribute supply-side data to RFP responses and support a scalable deal sign-off workflow. Validate proposed deals against available capability; surface potential conflicts early and collaborate with Sales to resolve potential constraints Consult on target list design and creation using internal and 3rd party data sources Client Services and Delivery Support Own provider availability and inventory checks end-to-end, assessing HCP supply against campaign requirements and flagging constraints before they become delivery issues.
Analytics & Performance Management Collaborate with Data & Analytics to align our inventory tooling with network forecasting. Serve as the operational bridge between Analytics, Commercial Ops, and CS on inventory-related questions. Deliver recurring inventory reporting to commercial leadership to help inform sales strategy and prioritization Monitor network health indicators and work with commercial teams to react appropriately Qualifications: 2+ Years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, capacity management, or a related operations discipline.
