We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Media Manager to join our expanding regional marketing team in the UK, based in London. You will be key in developing, executing, and optimising our media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensure the successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do Leading Day-to-Day Media Management Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives, marketing goals and sales targets, for the UK market. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, FP&A) to define campaign media targets, set budgets, define audience strategies, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Serve as the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation, feeding insights to the DTC performance team and leveraging their learnings to optimise media strategies.

Oversee accurate and timely reporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Analytics, DTC). Manage media buying across a variety of channels, with a focus on Social first campaigns, but also including OLV, Display, CTV, OOH, Broadcast TV, partnerships, and more. Oversee the execution, optimisation, and tracking of media campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and performance expectations.
