THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary & Legal Entity Management Manager to oversee the governance, compliance, and administration of the company's global legal entity portfolio.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all corporate entities operate in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong corporate governance standards. The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, and external advisers to manage entity lifecycle events, board governance activities, regulatory filings, and corporate records across multiple jurisdictions This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our Belfast Legal Entity Management team dedicated to providing support to our clients.
