The Manager, Communications & Engagement will serve as a versatile communications generalist supporting a wide range of internal and executive communications needs across the business. This person will flex across projects and stakeholders, from partnering with senior leaders on high-visibility executive communications to supporting people team initiatives to supporting internal events and activations.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on variety, picks up new subject matter quickly, and can be trusted to represent the KnowBe4 voice across many different audiences and formats Responsibilities: Executive & Leadership Communications Partner with senior leaders and their teams to shape and deliver clear, consistent internal messaging. Draft executive communications, talking points, presentations, and remarks for Daily Briefing, all hands, emails, and other key company moments.
Support leaders through organizational changes, strategic announcements, and other high-visibility communications moments. Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business to anticipate communications needs before they arise. Functional Communications Partner with key functions like HR to write and distribute employee-facing communications, including policy updates, programs, and organizational changes. Draft and edit internal distributions, potential intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
Support internal event communications (company anniversaries, Sales Kickoffs, etc.). Support select communications projects on key external events like our annual KB4-CON customer conference. General Communications Duties Take on a wide range of ad hoc and ongoing communications projects as business needs evolve — this role is expected to flex across topics, teams, and formats. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, HR, Legal, IT, Culture, etc.) to ensure communications are clear, accurate, and timely.
