About this role

To qualify for this position at the FV-J (FG/GS 14/15) level, you must demonstrate in your application you possess one (1) year of Specialized Experience equivalent to FV-I (FG/GS 13) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: Gathers and presents information to management; plans, schedules, and tracks projects/task; experience in performing COR duties on contracts with significant dollar value and mission impact; experience developing and evaluating contracting packages and other acquisition-related documentation; experience in interacting with contracting officers in the management and evaluation of contract performance; identifying and recommending solutions for complex/difficult problems; and or recommending improvements to processes.

ALSO Quality Ranking Factor (QRF): Well-qualified applicants will possess documented experience managing USD 100M+ Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor-Hour/Time & Materials contracts, and tracking core contract metrics to ensure on-time deliverable execution. Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
