About this role

For the GS-12: You must have at least one year (52 weeks, full-time) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service (or comparable level of experience from outside the Federal service) performing ALL the following duties: Managing or leading projects to evaluate, implement, or improve technology systems; AND Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs and develop business requirements and functional specifications; AND Leading or coordinating testing activities for system implementations or enhancements; AND Analyzing complex business processes or workflows to develop solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.

For the GS-13 : You must have at least one year (52 weeks, full-time) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (or comparable level of experience from outside the Federal service) performing ALL the following duties: Leading projects to evaluate, implement, or improve technology systems; AND Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to define business requirements and functional specifications; AND Leading testing activities in support of system implementations or enhancements AND Documenting complex workflows or business processes to ensure solutions meet organizational requirements.

You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
