Management Consultants in Supply Chain Planning (m/f/d) – Graduates 2027

Job description We're looking for talented and curious graduates who want to start a career in management consulting at the intersection of deep functional expertise and digital planning solutions. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll be joining a nerdy team that designs and delivers optimal supply chains by combining best-in-class processes with leading digital solutions. Every day, we help clients transform their planning processes in demand, supply, and inventory optimisation across the value chain and planning horizons.
You’ll be working on a wide range of projects. Depending on your personal journey and development goals, your role in a project could include: Design and implement planning excellence : Apply advanced concepts in forecasting, demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimisation, and operational planning to build robust, end‑to‑end planning processes. Enable adoption and capability building : Train stakeholders and facilitate client workshops to co-create designs, refine processes, and embed continuous improvement.
Translate requirements into actionable processes : Convert business needs into well-defined process designs and implementation plans – with clear governance, data, and decision flows. Guide digital planning transformations : Advise clients on solution architecture and roadmaps for SAP IBP and other leading platforms from concept to configuration and adoption. Deliver measurable impact : Execute projects that optimise planning tools and processes, strengthen performance management, and build organisational capabilities that sustain excellence.

What you’ll bring As our new team member, you’ll be working at the forefront of supply chain transformation – integrating digital enablers with core business functions to create end-to-end impact, from strategy and design to implementation and adoption.
To be a great fit, you hold – or are about to complete – a master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics, with strong academic results to show for it. On top of that, we’re looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria: Relevant experience : Ideally, you’ve applied supply chain concepts through an internship, student role, or thesis project.
