About this role

To qualify for this position at the FG-13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-12. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience handling complex information requests involving disclosure, privacy, confidentiality, or records access.

Coordinating high-visibility correspondence, such as Congressional inquiries, hotline matters, and/or investigations. Analyzing program operations and data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and determine resource needs Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
