Management and Program Analyst (Executive Officer)

The GS-14 salary range starts at USD 127,829 per year. Salary depends on the duty location and associated locality pay. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience developing, analyzing and executing program and project planning and oversight. This experience must include: Developing new and modified programs, processes and procedures; Identifying problems and significantly improving program effectiveness; Conducting complex analytical studies and measuring the effectiveness and productivity of the program; Identifying and recommending corrective measures or alternative approaches for implementation; and Evaluating program effectiveness and developing recommendations for operating policies and/or procedures.
