MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: For success on the first day, a new employee should be prepared to quickly apply their knowledge of administrative processes, demonstrate strong communication skills, and show an ability to manage and prioritize tasks within a complex government organization.
1.Anlytical Techniques Office Automation (MS Office Suite, Sharepoint Online) Mastery of management theories, principles, and techniques related to administrative functions. planning, programming, budgeting, and personnel management) 2. Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize staff actions, tasks, and competing deadlines effectively. Experience acting as a central point of contact, coordinating actions across different departments, and serving as a liaison between various organizational levels.
3. Skill in applying sound judgment to resolve complex technical and administrative issues and analyze problems to provide executable recommendations. 4. Policy Development:Experience in developing or contributing to policy, program alternatives, and command strategy materials.
