About this role

Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Analyzing and evaluating complex administrative, management, or mission-support programs to assess effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals; Planning, conducting, or coordinating special studies, projects, or task forces involving complex program, policy, management, or operational issues; Developing recommendations, policies, procedures, or process improvements based on qualitative or quantitative analysis of program data, management information, or operational requirements; Advising senior managers or program officials on planning systems, management controls, resource allocation, organizational structure, program performance, or operational impacts; Preparing and presenting reports, briefings, impact statements, policy recommendations, or decision materials to support senior leadership decisions.
