Management and Program Analyst
About this role
Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Demonstrating `expert-level experience leading and collaborating with senior leadership to design, execute, and evaluate comprehensive program improvements across diverse administrative areas (e.g., awards, performance management, facilities, and audit programs).
Acting as a change agent by re-engineering business processes, resolving unique issues where no policy exists, and creating business cases that align with strategic organizational goals and budgetary constraints. Utilizing advanced analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP) to collect, interpret, and present complex program data. Experience translating this data into actionable insights for senior management to drive data-driven decision-making, identify operational trends, and establish new criteria for measuring program effectiveness at the highest organizational levels.
Providing analytical oversight for organizational staffing, including the development of comprehensive recruitment plans, monitoring position accuracy, and analyzing attrition trends. Proven ability to serve as a primary liaison with human resources and program offices to advise senior leadership on pivotal staffing strategies, resource allocation, and the resolution of complex human capital issues NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.
