MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST
About this role
Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Preparing comments and impact statements for senior leadership regarding proposed legislation, executive orders, and Department directives by analyzing statutory requirements and agency directives Reviewing and interpreting complex federal regulations to ensure program activities align with legal requirements and agency policies, coordinating with management and office support staff Conducting regular updates with leadership by providing progress reports on program initiatives, addressing concerns, and adjusting plans based on feedback from higher-level officials Designing and implementing advanced performance measurement systems to track program success, organizing briefings and presentations for executive management to communicate planning and control data Developing and implementing new administrative procedures to address complex policy questions, conducting special studies and providing a basis for major decisions affecting agency activities and operations NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.
