You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Directing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing major department-wide mission or administrative programs; Providing technical assistance and direct support to management staff in matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs; Developing, implementing, and monitoring sophisticated management information systems focusing on long and short-range plans, policies and programs; Planning, developing, and coordinating planning management through briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management; and Providing oversight and coordinating the identification, analysis, and issuance of policies with managers and top-level officials.
