About this role

In order to qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343, position at the GS-12 level: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: 1.) Plans and executes Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) across the organizational portfolio to ensure alignment with governance, compliance and performance standards.; 2.) Create and modify analytical methods to address specific circumstances in organizational studies.; 3.) Prepare and deliver briefings to present findings to management.; 4.) Collaborating with project teams to develop alternative courses of action.

In order to qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343, position at the GS-13 level: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: 1.) Oversees and participates in the planning and execution of Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) across the organizational portfolio, ensuring compliance, improving governance and enhancing the overall program performance.; 2.) Establishing study methods for audits and interpreting independently developed findings.; 3.) Developing recommendations for work methods and systems improvements.; and, 4.) Facilitate, analyze administrative operations, and develop strategies to improve program implementation.
