About this role

You qualify at the GS-07 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-05 grade level (or equivalent) performing two (2) of the following duties: Developing procedures for the conduct of simple administrative processes in an organization Developing and using validation procedures for quality standards Conducting stakeholder research Developing comparative analysis and briefing materials Developing governance materials, standardized procedures, and project trackers OR EDUCATION: A.

One (1) full year of graduate level education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution that included major study in a field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR B. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution that included major study in the field of study described in statement "A" above with Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) is based on one of the following: (1) Class Standing - Applicants must be in the upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses; OR (2) Grade-Point Average (G.P.A.) - Applicants must have a grade-point average of: 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) as recorded on your official transcript, or as computed based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or the required courses in the major field completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum.

Master's or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution that included major study in aa field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR B. Two (2) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree from an accredited institution that included major study in the field of study described in statement "A" above. OR C.

LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) or J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree, if related OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above may be used to substitute for the specialized experience requirement. Only graduate education in excess of the first year (determined by the institution) or 18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours (i.e., beyond the first year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
