Management and Program Analyst

About this role

To qualify for this position at the FV-G level; you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5-9 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience will include: Experience collecting and analyzing data for the preparation of reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and Power Point presentations for both internal and external management review.

Experience using a variety of office automation software to compile information for reporting and/or presenting. To qualify for this position at the FV-H level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience will include experience with experience working with organizational hiring and workforce planning; or experience in developing and tracking hiring plans, positions management and pay tools.
