About this role

To qualify for this position at the FG/GS-11 (FV-G) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FG/GS-9 (FV-F) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience: Candidate has experience in: Tracking, analyzing, and/or developing reports; Analyzing policies and/or procedures; Developing and conducting briefings for appropriate audiences, including management; Experience utilizing Aviation Terminology OR Education Substitution: Ph.D.

or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
