MANAGEMENT AND PROGAM ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applies knowledge of the mission, functions, goals, and management philosophy to assist in overseeing the government purchase card program. Researches and interprets existing policies and instructions to help determine the appropriateness of purchases and assists in explaining these decisions to management.

Utilizes spreadsheets to track and report purchases by amount and valuation. Assists in analyzing regulations and data to support the development of recommendations for common purchasing issues. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the mission, functions, goals, and management philosophy to independently oversee the government purchase card program. Researches and interprets complex policies, to make authoritative determinations on the appropriateness of purchases and defends these decisions to leadership.
