Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: Experience dealing with contracting methods, policies, and procedures on complex contracts. Experience evaluating and executing the optimal approach to the acquisition of goods and/or services at the best possible total cost of ownership.
