MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Resume must show knowledge of military command structures, the concepts, principles, practices and techniques of management analysis to analyze and evaluate previous, current, and projected DON operating programs 2.

Coordinating and implementing knowledge management tools and strategies into training operations, comprehending policies, regulations and instructions to implement new methodologies and providing briefings and training to command staff and coworkers. 3. Analyzing, coordinating, planning, organizing and maintaining records and implementing policies and procedures to produce annual, quarterly and monthly course schedules.

4. Scheduling remote learning across multiple time zones and maintaining library management program efficiency and effectiveness for multiple learning sites. 5. Reviewing, analyzing and resolving complex issues and managing all areas of schedule to include remote learning and library management programs. 6. Developing and maintaining documents, databases, spreadsheets on PC-based computers and networks.
