MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting organizational performance data to support executive decision-making. Experience developing reports, metrics, and trend analyses.

Experience identifying systemic issues and recommending process improvements. Experience leading or facilitating organizational assessments, evaluations, or continuous improvement initiatives. Experience providing technical guidance and consultation to management; and communicating recommendations effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience applying quality management principles, process improvement methodologies (e.g.

lean six sigma, performance measurement, strategic planning, and organizational analysis.
