MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing problems, conducting research, summarizing results, and making appropriate recommendations. Experience preparing reports and developing briefs for presentations, as well as, communicating orally and in writing and giving oral presentations.

Experience organizing and leading teams and interpreting administrative laws, policies, regulation, and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more of important public programs. Expert in civilian manpower and manpower related functions. Expert at analyzing HR management and EEO issues. Expert with spreadsheet, database, graphics and word processing.
