About this role

To qualify for a Management Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.

Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Gathering, reviewing, preparing and consolidating a variety of statistical data and narrative justifications for the fiscal year's resource requirements for travel, training, awards, base operating supplies, equipment rental, subscriptions, impress funds, and personnel.

Determining Directorate training requirements based on specific requests, mission priority, program requirements, and developmental needs of new personnel as well as coordinating training requirements with the Management Planning Office and the Office of Human Resources (OHR). Providing administrative support functions for Director/Deputy including preparation of draft replies to congressional and other high-level correspondence; as necessary, arranges for replies by other Directorate officials coordinating reply with staff offices ensuring timely response by DSCP Command.
