In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-09, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.

For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience assisting with the review of organizational structures and manpower resources to process updates and changes; OR performing research to assist with making recommendations for process improvements. To qualify at the GG-11, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.

For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience conducting studies of organizational processes to identify procedural issues and recommend improvements; OR experience gathering data and preparing reports on findings to assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness.

Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience independently planning and conducting studies of organizational programs, activities, and processes to identify and recommend solutions; OR experience preparing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations to management for the purpose of improving program effectiveness and efficiency.
