You can play a critical role by working with the people we support during this difficult period. You must be able to work flexibly across a range of shift patterns including days, nights, evenings, weekends and bank holidays etc. and be able to travel between services when required.A valid and full UK driving licence is essential for this position. The ASM position will require someone with at least 12 months prior experience of working in demanding learning disability or mental health services.

The Person Successful applicants will be: • Enthusiastic and willing to support others to try new things • Committed to empowering people to enhance their independence • A car driver and willing to drive vehicles for work purposes • Flexible to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, wakeful nights, sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.
You will be an experienced Support Worker as you will be required to undertake the full range of support duties and act as a positive role model for achieving high standards of support. You will also be an effective communicator, able to develop strong working relationships and able to promote and create a person-centred culture within the team. The Role Community support role for a male tenant in the Bingham area. Tenant prefers to receive support from male staff who can support him with pursuing interests such as DJing, the army and animals.
