ML Engineer: AWS Agentic AI & Generative AI Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Workplace Type: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative AI team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will focus on building agentic AI workflows, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) and LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) techniques, and deploying scalable deep learning models on AWS.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of bridging the gap between complex research and production-ready applications. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and delivering high-impact features to our global user base. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.

Execute Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA techniques to optimize model performance for domain-specific applications. Architect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of GenAI services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into existing product ecosystems. Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and reliability.

Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese. Required Skills & Qualifications 4-5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI development. Knowledgeable in pretraining fundamentals. Proven expertise in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning methodologies like SFT and LoRA. Strong proficiency in AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2).

Deep understanding of modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience in building agentic workflows and integrating external tools/APIs with LLMs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment with a focus on rapid delivery. Additional Information This is an urgent hiring requirement.
