M&A & New Markets Tech Lead (m/f/n)
About this role
About the opportunity Join us and take ownership of the technology dimension of acquisitions and new market launches across InPost Group. You will lead the full technology lifecycle, from pre-acquisition technical due diligence and post-acquisition integration to establishing the technology foundations for organic market entries. Your goal will be to ensure that teams, processes and technology solutions are ready to operate in line with InPost standards from day one.
This opportunity is designed for someone who can connect technology, programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration. You will create alignment, build commitment and maintain integration momentum across markets and technology domains without relying on formal line-management authority. The impact you will make Shape the technology perspective behind acquisition decisions. Coordinate technical due diligence, manage external assessment partners and consolidate findings into structured assessments of risks, gaps and integration complexity.
Lead post-acquisition technology integration. Review the technology landscape of acquired entities, define milestones and drive delivery across people, processes, systems and budgeting. Prepare new markets for launch. Partner with domain teams to define the architecture, tooling, access, technical requirements and process standards required before operations begin. Accelerate OneTech Standard adoption. Monitor maturity, identify local exceptions and coordinate their resolution or formal approval.
Connect market and technology perspectives. Collaborate with market-side technology leads, architecture and domain teams, People teams and external due diligence partners. Build a scalable integration capability. Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, status documentation and a knowledge base of lessons learned from acquisitions and market entries. Why this role matters This is an opportunity to shape how technology enables InPost Group’s growth through acquisitions and expansion into new markets.
You will have the autonomy to lead group-wide initiatives, collaborate with teams across multiple countries and create standards and playbooks that can support future integrations. If you are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, can bring structure to complex technology environments and know how to align diverse stakeholders around a shared outcome, we would like to hear from you. What will help you succeed At least 3 years of experience in technology integration, M&A technology or a related area.
