About this role

📋 Description Run the ops lifecycle: Own order creation, payment link setup, document generation and tracking Get deals ready to fund: Work with Risk and Capital Markets to identify what each deal needs, then Drive proactive outreach: Chase pending documents, signatures, and delivery confirmations before a Surface recurring friction: Document, diagnose, and escalate process failures or product gaps with Keep the playbooks current: Maintain and extend documentation for every ops scenario.

Feed the product roadmap: Partner with Product to map manual touchpoints and shape automation. 🎯 Requirements 1 to 3 years in loan operations, deal operations, order management, or fintech operations. Cross-team coordination: moved information and documents across multiple internal teams and Detail discipline: notice missing fields, unsigned pages, or mismatched dates. Strong English: Clear, direct written and spoken communication in English.

Comfortable with numbers: track ops metrics, spot blockers in the funnel, and act on them.
